We cooked for a very lovely couple this weekend who sent over photos of their meal which I wanted to share.
We adapted the menu for one guest to exclude all dairy as they were recovering from chemo, replacing the burrata with tomato and paprika griddled king prawns and the vegetable and goats cheese tart with a beautiful piece of marinated cod (from the wonderful Dan at The Fish shop on Gloucester Road), served with shimeji mushrooms and romesco sauce. The cream on the pavlova – coconut!
