Our menu for next week is ready to go!
Having lived and worked in Florence, Italy for 2 years I’m quite excited about this classic tuscan dish – Tagliata di Manzo – using the finest aged sirloin steaks from our lovely butcher at Origin Butchers. The meat is marinated and seared before you finish it in a hot oven at home. Sliced and arranged on a plate or sharing board, topped with generous handfuls of rocket salad, crispy shallots, shaved parmesan & aged balsamic.
To start we have fresh cucumber and lovage soup topped with fresh British crab and pickled radish. And a dish served at my own wedding – Tangy lemon possets with berries and rose shortbread.
