We had a lovely weekend of deliveries this week with lots of great feedback on the meals.

Just sitting here in the Sunday sun getting next weeks menu ready to go. See below.

Very excited about the Isle of White Tomato Salad for the starter and my mothers favourite – Summer Pudding for dessert. And I absolutely love ratatouille and confit duck. Such lovely produce June has to offer.

So wondeful to cater again @thephotographersgallery for their 250 guests at their annual @dboersephotographyfoundation prize 2023! Congratulations to all the nominees and for winner Samuel Fosso! Such an amazing exhibition - always feel very honoured to get to cater such lovely events - and to get to see amazing art work while at work.

Back at the stunning @waltoncastle for another spectacular 6 course feast. Guests enjoyed - arancini / Korean fried cauliflower / cucumber cups with baba ganoush canapés, Truffle ravioli with wild mushrooms, loin and shoulder of salt Marsh lamb, Amalfi lemon cake with lemon posset and British forced rhubarb, a selection of Whitelake cheese with membrillo and seen here - house petit fours. Raspberry and chocolate ganache macaron, chocolate and hazelnut truffles, meringue pavlova with plum and vanilla cream. Such a lovely group of guests celebrating two birthdays and an anniversary. Been working with our friends Dan and @lovethefishshop for the soft launch of Perch. Get yourselves to the Gloucester Road fish shop tonight for some fishy plates including fresh oysters, anchovy butter with sourdough toast and this Sea bass ceviche paired with some crisp wines. #fish #lovethefishshop #oysters #bristol #foodlovers

Happy Easter everyone! Very much looking forward to this incredible piece of beef being prepared by my father for the Sunday lunch from @hook_norton_butchers . Kids picked a great bunch of flowers for the table. #dandylions #Tbonejoint
