Catering for the lovely Rosie Lovell, Author of ‘Spooning with Rosie’ and ‘Supper with Rosie’ and her lovely partner Raff , my team and I: the amazingly wonderful Stephanie (chef extraodinaire) and Louise (like myself, both ex-employees of The Bride) created a wedding banquet for their big day. Providing canapés and a 3 course sit down meal for 150 guests at a central London venue here are some photo’s and the menu we served for Rosie and Raff’s big day:

Another wedding set in a marquee (featured image), on an estate outside the beautiful seaside town of Rye we prepared nibbles and champagne, followed by a seated meal of starters and salads to accompany a delicious hog roast:
