A sit down evening meal provided for 37 guests at Method, The Tea Building, Shorditch High Street.

Crayfish, courgette ribbons, fennel, pink grapefruit salad with bloody Mary vinaigrette.

Pear & Roquefort salad with watercress puree, pomegranate & walnuts v

Free range chicken with chorizo & rioja, green salad & wild garlic crushed new potatoes.

Lemon thyme risotto cake stuffed with mozzarella & spinach with wild

mushroom cream & salad


Almond & Orange cake with crème fraiche, pistachios & orange syrup.

Evening meal provided for 300 guests. Set in the RCA Sculpture studios

Sourdough bread baked in the college’s on site kiln by students from the college.

Delicious extra virgin olive oil in pouring bottles with fresh bay & thyme

Marinated mixed olives

Home-made smoked pepper hummus with rosemary oil
Rich slow cooked shoulder of lamb
stew on lovage braised celery.

Delicious Swedish meatballs with
creamy dill sauce and pickled

Butter-nut squash, courgette &
cannellini bean tagine with crumbled
feta, fresh herbs & mint oil (V)
Bulgar wheat salad with pistachios,
preserved lemons, fresh herbs &
edible petals.

Mixed wild green salad with
griddled courgette & flowers.
