Creative Home Dining Wedding!

Creative home dining has had its first wedding.

An intimate wedding of 21 guests in line with government guidelines in beautiful Sparkford Hall, Somerset.

Our creative home dining menu was delivered to the family on the day of the wedding with canapes already prepared on platters with cut flowers to decorate.

Beetroot Tuille with Goats cheese cream & Nutmeg / Home cured citrus seabass blinis

The meal was then expertly put together by the parents of one of the brides.

Here is the meal we served:

A special thank you from our Brides:

“Dear Rose,
We just wanted to say a huge thank you from us for the delicious meal we had on our wedding day! It was a gorgeous day all round and the home-served wedding breakfast was an absolute triumph. I know M. and her husband D. were hugely grateful for the video instructions and it looked wonderful on the plate. Each course was so pretty! The lamb was outstanding – some of the very best we have eaten. The burrata, fennel jam combo was gorgeous and the pavlova pudding DIVINE. Huge thanks again.”

And A word from the wonderful mother who was tasked with putting it all together.

“Dear Rose

I wanted to say a huge thank you for the excellent Wedding Breakfast you prepared for the wedding on the 5th September and delivered to Sparkford Hall…. I wanted you to know that the food was delicious, and the instructions for heating and presenting the dishes was excellent (especially the video which was a huge help!)”

We are now also happy to supply a chef on site to finish the meals for you so do please get in touch if you think this might be the right catering option for your special day.
